The Renter agrees to return the SNOO and all included accessories in clean and good working condirtion on or before the agreed return date.

A damage deposit of up to $700 CAD may be charged to the Renter only if the SNOO or accessories are damaged upon return. The amount will be based on the extent of the damages and the cost of replacement or repair. Minor stains that can be removed by the Owner will not be considered damage.

The Renter agrees to use the products responsibly and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. The Owner is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or death resulting from the use or misuse of the SNOO or any included accessories. Use is at the Renter's own risk.

If the SNOO becomes non-functional during the rental period, the Owner will make a reasonable effort to deliver a replacement. However, replacement is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

By signing below, the Renter agrees to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
